Guest Speaker
Shelley Turner, volunteer with Imagination Library, presented. Imagination Library is a book gifting program that supports early literacy by mailing free, age-appropriate books to registered children from birth to 5 years of age. In January 2019, Okanogan County Child Development Association (OCCDA) partnered with Imagination Library to offer the program throughout Okanogan county and Bridgeport. TVBRC
Nothing to report.
RV Park
Will open April 16th. WIFI on park is currently being worked on as the signal is weak or non-existent to many of the sites. Work party on April 14th. Please bring tools.
Old Business
Lee attended the Aviation conference and said they had a good turnout. He gave away 12 boxes of apples (of 100 to a box) and 350 packages of sliced apples to promote tourism in our county. There were 10-12 thousand people in attendance.
New Business
Founders Day committee meets on April 10 at noon at the Kuhler.
Committee for a new library building meets on April 29th at the Kuhler at noon.
