Call to Order
Meeting called to order at 12:10 pm President Marylou Kriner, followed by flag salute

Membership
Membership drive has begun. If dues are received by November 15 they will be included in the Info Book.
Guest Speaker
No guest speaker at this meeting
TVBRC
Police department is currently inhabiting the TVBRC building through April 2019.
RV Park
Water has been drained and the park is closed for the winter. It will re-open in April 2019.
Old Business
Trick or treat was well attended.
Winterfest still needs volunteers (hands will be stamped) for Friday night at the Kuhler at 9pm. The Company Band will be playing. Saturday: There will be Santa pics for $5 from 1-3 and a chili contest. All activities will be outside due the police using the TVBRC. Parade lineup will be at 4:15 pm. Parade registrations are available online, at OK Chevrolet or at the Split End.
New Business
The annual banquet will be at the Kuhler this year, which will accommodate a maximum of 90 people. It was decided not to have it at the CCC this year due to the alcohol liability involved. There will be a silent auction and bake sale.
The Chamber held it’s annual election for officers. President is Mary Lou Kriner. Vice President is Aaron Kester. Treasurer is Marilee Neilsen. Secretary is Tracy Vance. Josh Kuhlmann was elected to serve on the board of directors.
The chamber will be getting clings for chamber members to post in their windows.
Mary Lou will be hosting a party at her house on December 15 at 1pm to thank chamber members for their participation.
Community Announcements
Lions Club: Will not be doing Winterfest. They are suspending meetings until May 2018.
The American Legion had a good turnout at the Veteran’s Day parade on November 11. There were services at Legacy and a dinner with over 200 people.
The Legion will be serving Thanksgiving dinner for Veterans on 11/20/18 at 11:30 am.
Tonasket schools are offering a free grant writing class on December 15.
The hospital reports they will be doing a secret Santa for residents at the Extended Care. The Extended Care has a list of needed items. The hospital is soliciting donations for the 2019 New Year’s baby. Businesses that would like to donate can contact Aaron Kester at 486-3163.
Catholic Church Bazaar: November 30 2-6; December 1 8-3.
